Making a positive change...
Some of the habits and behaviours we want to change are deeply rooted in our subconscious mind and will not just "go away" with one session in the consulting room.
So It is important to support the face-to-face sessions on a regular basis. To achieve this, most treatments come with a back-up CD for you to listen to regularly, perhaps before falling asleep each evening. This CD will help you to relax and will usually result in giving you a good night's sleep.
In addition, I use various methods of helping you to measure your own progress towards your chosen goals. These will provide tangible evidence of the positive effects the treatment is having.
A successful hypnotherapy treatment can have a number of beneficial effects. You may find you can cope better with challenges, knowing that you have taken a positive step to regaining control of your life and you may feel more positive about yourself and your relationships with others.
